Job Title**:Travel Operations Executive**

Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore

Work Schedule: Six days a week

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Booking Management**: Process reservations accurately and coordinate with cruise line operators to ensure a smooth booking process.
- **Documentation Handling**: Manage travel documents, including tickets, itineraries, visas, and insurance, ensuring all customer requirements are met.
- **Issue Resolution**: Address cancellations, modifications, and customer concerns with a solution-oriented approach.
- **Operational Coordination**: Work with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely updates and adherence to processes.
- **Upselling Opportunities**: Proactively suggest upgrades, excursions, and other add-ons to enhance customer experiences.
- **Industry Knowledge**: Stay informed about cruise offerings, promotions, and travel guidelines.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- **Education**: Graduate degree in Travel, Tourism, or a related field (preferred).
- **Experience**: 1-3 years in travel operations, preferably with experience in cruises or holiday packages.
- **Technical Proficiency**: Familiarity with travel management systems and CRM tools.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication in English (additional languages are a bonus).
- **Customer Service Orientation**: Strong problem-solving skills with a commitment to customer satisfaction.
- **Organizational Ability**: Skilled at multitasking, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
