1. **Administrative Support**
- Organize and maintain office files, records, and documents (both digital and physical).

2. **Order Processing Support**
- Assist with processing online orders and returns.
- Monitor order status and inform customers of shipping/tracking details if required.

3. **Inventory and Stock Management Assistance**
- Help in tracking inventory levels and alerting the relevant department about low stock.

4. **Customer Service Support**
- Log customer complaints or issues and forward them to the concerned team.
- Follow up on customer queries to ensure resolution and satisfaction.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹13,500.00 per month
