**Job Summary**:
Our mission in Finance Transformation & Digital Innovation is to enable a dynamic and forward-looking Finance function, to deploy productive and compliant Finance processes, to contribute to a capable Finance workforce and to drive change to make the Finance and Tax organisations a strategic business partner.

As a member of the Finance Global Process Team (part of Group Financial Control) and reporting to the Finance Transformation Manager, you will play a key role in driving process improvements in the Finance & Tax functions of Tetra Pak.We are offering a permanent backfill position. This position is based in Arganda del Rey, Spain.

**What you will do**:
In this role you will:

- Identify, evaluate, prioritise and deliver finance continuous improvement / legal gaps in collaborations with GIM
- Support delivery of projects and gaps within the Finance & Tax and other processes by providing finance expertise
- Provide process expertise to support FSM organizations as well as other processes on integration issues
- Maintain updated global process flows, related controls and best practices
- Collaborate and coach Finance organizations, and improve finance process performance through follow-up of Key Performance Indicators, process reviews and other initiatives
- Prepare, update and review training material

**We believe you have**:

- Graduate or post graduate degree in Business Administration, Accounting & Finance, ACCA, or equivalent
- 5+ years of experience in a Finance role, or, with solid involvement in delivering IT and processes solutions for Finance functions
- Self-driving attitude to collaborate with dispersed international team/ stakeholders and be result oriented
- Analytical skills and ability to learn on-the-fly
- IT savviness and SAP Finance knowledge
- An understanding of accounting standards, process controls, and finance processes
- Good communication and presentation skills as well as a good command of English, both written and verbal
