**Years of Experience**: 3-5 Years for Degree/ 7-10 Years for Diploma

**Certificate**:I or II Class Mines Manager Certificate of Competency

**Nature of Experience**:Cement Industries

**Essential Skill**:
Shift operations, drilling and blasting, quality management, Communication Skill, Problem Solving Skill, Manpower Management, MS-Office, SAP and Costing
- Ensure Safety of Man & Machines.
- Optimization of Production & Productivity by Co
- ordination & Deployment of HEMM & Manpower for Crusher Operation.
- Maintaining Statutory records and compliance.
- Maintaining Cost Parameter and Mines department Costing.
- Drilling and Blasting activity and PESO compliance.
- Maintaining Pile Quality and synchronization /blending plant.

**Goals & KRA to be assigned**:

- Improve HEMM & Manpower Productivity
- Maintain Required Quality
- Mines MIS and KPI monitoring on daily basis.
- Sustain Safety Culture & Reporting NMC
- Mining Cost reduction & PESO compliance
- Sustain WCM Culture & Reporting of Kaizen

**Qualifications**:
Mining Engineering,Diploma

**Minimum Experience Level**:
3-5 Years
