- Monthly Rail & Road program submission to SECL HO, Documentation & Track Record.
- After DO Issue, Prepare Do related Paper (In transhipment case take authority letter sign from plant head) & handover to transporter.
- GPS, sealing & suspected vehicles monitoring & Problem Solving & MIS to be maintained.
- Registration in Metal Junction / MSTC for linkage coal, spot auction coal & Fly ash Gypsum - Log in Credential to be maintained.
- DO wise and transporter wise coal lifting Monitoring to avoid any quantity loss.
- Close coordination with Transporter for selective loading from mines for all the IU's.
- Daily Co-ordination with Site RM team, RMH team, Security, QC & Process team for timely unloading & Sampling of Materials.
- Visit to plant for Coal Quality assessment, Meeting with user department, Management.
- Regular Mines visit & submit mines intelligence report periodically and quality Feedback to SH & DH.
- Day to day transporter wise / source wise, Coal Quality monitoring & to take immediate corrective action wherever required, like visit to mines, Crushing yard etc.

Graduate,Post grad Dipl inMaterialsMgmt

**Minimum Experience Level**:
8-10 Years
