**Note:
- A course in fishery science is mandatory. Some experience in quality control, preferably in the seafood or food industry.**
**Key Responsibilities**:
Quality Inspections: Conduct routine inspections and tests on seafood products to ensure they meet quality and safety standards.
Data Recording: Accurately record inspection results, maintaining detailed and organized records.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies related to seafood quality and safety.
Sample Collection: Collect samples for microbiological and chemical analysis.
Process Monitoring: Assist in monitoring and verifying the quality control processes throughout the production and packaging stages.
Documentation: Maintain up-to-date documentation and reports on quality control activities.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with production, procurement, and other teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
Continuous Improvement: Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and process efficiency.
**Qualifications**:
Education: A course in fishery science is mandatory.
Experience: Some experience in quality control, preferably in the seafood or food industry.
**Skills**:
Basic understanding of quality control principles and practices.
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
