**Full Job Description**

1. Drafting and vetting commercial and legal agreements
2. Working on regulatory compliance matters
3. Performing legal due diligence
4. Conducting legal research on issues ranging anywhere from global investment laws to corporate laws, and other branches
5. Finding viable solutions to problems based on the conducted legal research
6. Assisting in the day to day running of the firm
7. Writing content and preparing articles on various legal topics
