**Responsibilities**:
1. Legal Research and Analysis:

- Conduct comprehensive legal research to support case strategies and provide legal opinions.
- Analyse statutes, regulations, and case law to develop effective arguments and approaches.
- Be up to date with legal developments and relevant notifications.

2. Case Management:

- Manage a diverse caseload independently and efficiently, ensuring adherence to deadlines and client expectations.
- Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents as required.

3. Client Representation:

- Represent clients in court proceedings, hearings, and alternative dispute resolution forums.
- Communicate and correspond with clients, providing updates on case developments and advising on legal strategies.

4. Collaboration and Support:

- Collaborate with senior attorneys and partners, providing support on complex cases and contributing to case strategy formulation.
- Mentor and supervise junior associates and legal assistants as necessary.

5. Compliance and Ethics:

- Ensure compliance with ethical standards, rules of professional conduct, and all relevant laws and regulations.

**Qualifications and Skills**:
1. A Law graduate from an accredited institution. Master’s degree would be a plus.

2. Admitted to the Bar and in good standing in Bar council of Delhi.

3. 8-10 years of post-qualification experience in litigation, preferably with a focus on Litigation matters.

4. Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.

5. Proven track record of managing complex cases independently.

6. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

7. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and challenging legal environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus
