Jagan Lamps Ltd., a leader in automotive halogen lamps, is looking for a dynamic **CRM Executive** to manage customer relationships and drive sales growth.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers.
- Address customer queries and ensure satisfaction.
- Generate new sales leads through cold calling and other channels.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and leads in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams for lead conversion.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Experience in CRM or sales.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
