Jain Doors is seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to join our team as a Regional Sales Executive. The primary responsibility of the Regional Sales Executive is to liaise with government authorities and other prospective clients to promote and sell Jain Doors' products for various projects. The role requires a strong background in sales and a thorough understanding of government projects and processes.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with government authorities at the regional level, including local government bodies, departments, and agencies, to promote Jain Doors' products and secure government projects.

2. Identify, pursue, and establish strategic partnerships with architects, contractors, and consultants to generate new business opportunities for Jain Doors.

3. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify potential clients and stay updated on market trends, customer requirements, and project opportunities.

4. Meet or exceed sales targets by regularly contacting and presenting Jain Doors' products to clients, and effectively communicate value propositions, features, and benefits.

5. Collaborate with the pre-sales and technical teams to provide clients with accurate product information, technical specifications, and price quotations.

6. Prepare and submit sales proposals, bids, and tender documents in response to government project requirements.

7. Coordinate and participate in trade shows, industry exhibitions, and conferences to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.

8. Keep track of ongoing and upcoming government projects, gather project details, and maintain a pipeline of potential opportunities.

9. Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and market insights to the Sales Manager.

10. Ensure on-time collection of payments from clients and resolve any customer complaints or issues in a timely manner.

**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is preferred.

2. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating new business in a B2B environment, preferably in the construction, building materials, or government project segments.

3. Thorough understanding of government project processes, contract bidding, and regulations.

4. Strong network and relationships with government authorities, architects, contractors, and consultants in the region.

5. Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build rapport with clients, understand their requirements, and present effective solutions.

6. Highly motivated and target-driven with a demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.

7. Ability to analyze market trends, assess competition, and identify growth opportunities.

8. Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office tools.
