As part of our expansion into the solar EV charging sector, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team.
**Key Responsibilities**:
Market Research and Analysis:
Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential competitors in the solar EV charging sector.
Analyze market conditions and customer needs to develop targeted business strategies.
**Business Strategy Development**:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy for solar EV charging solutions.
Identify key target markets, customer segments, and strategic partnerships.
**Client Acquisition and Relationship Management**:
Proactively identify and engage potential clients, including government agencies, businesses, and other stakeholders interested in solar EV charging solutions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
**Proposal Development and Presentation**:
Prepare compelling proposals, presentations, and business pitches to effectively communicate the value proposition of our solar EV charging solutions.
Present proposals to clients and stakeholders, addressing inquiries and concerns to secure contracts.
**Partnership Development**:
Identify and negotiate strategic partnerships with key players in the solar energy and electric vehicle industries.
Collaborate with partners to enhance product offerings, expand market reach, and drive revenue growth.
**Regulatory Compliance**:
Stay informed about regulatory requirements and incentives related to solar EV charging infrastructure.
Ensure that business activities comply with relevant regulations and standards.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Proven experience in business development, preferably in the renewable energy or electric vehicle industry.
- Strong understanding of solar energy and electric vehicle charging technologies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
