Are you passionate about sales and proficient in web designing project sales? We are currently seeking a talented Telecaller to join our team and drive our web designing project sales initiatives. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, understanding their needs, and effectively communicating the value of our web design services.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to generate leads and sales opportunities for web designing projects.
- Understand client requirements and offer tailored solutions to meet their needs.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service during all client interactions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and goals.
- Keep accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.

**Minimum Requirements**:

- 1-3 years of experience in web designing project sales.
- Fluent in English, Hindi, and Bengali.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Previous experience in a telecalling or telesales role.
