**Strategic Planning and Execution**:Develop and implement sales strategies, plans, and tactics to achieve business goals and objectives.
- **Team Leadership**:Lead, motivate, and coach sales teams to achieve targets, manage performance, and provide guidance and support.
- **Client Relationship Management**:Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understand their needs, and provide exceptional customer service.
- **Business Development**:Identify and pursue new business opportunities, generate leads, and develop new client relationships.
- **Sales Performance Management**:Track and analyze sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to drive results.
- **Sales Process Management**:Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- **Financial Management**:Develop and manage a sales budget, track expenses, and monitor financial performance.
- **Market Analysis**:Research and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
- **Reporting and Communication**:Prepare and present regular sales reports to management, communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, and maintain accurate records.
- **Training and Development**:Provide training and development opportunities for sales team members, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
