**Your new role - challenging and future-**oriented.**
- Within the TI SES controlling team you are participating in the ramp up of Siemens Energy’s Electrolyzer. business for green hydrogen. You are contributing to the financial transparency and ensure that the organization is having the necessary information for decision making on hand.
- Controlling and reporting of the headcount of a fast-growing organization
- Analysis of deviations months over months and assessment of adequacy of budgets and strategic planning
- Identify and implement opportunities for process standardizations and improvements.
- Support in digitalization initiatives
- Execute the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) reporting with close contact to management and central functions.
- Undertaking other reporting and planning tasks as possible and required
- Preparation of internal and external presentations as required.
- Monitoring of Key KPI’s for engineering business.

**We don’t need superheroes, just super minds**:

- Qualified Chartered accountant or a comparable education
- First professional experience (1-3 years) in the finance area, ideally controlling.
- First experiences in current business intelligence tools (e.g. SAP Analytical Clouds) and interest to expand these skills
- Open-mindedness and communication skills, the ability to work in a team.
- Good English skills required, German skills favorable.
- High degree of initiative, high quality standards and results-oriented work
