Position : Financial Controller
Location Gurgaon/Ghaziabad

**Summary of Role The Financial Controller is a pro-active business partner that leads and manages financial activities and collaborates with the plant leadership team, all departments, and all levels of staff to advance business growth and initiatives.**Financial Reporting:Prepare balance sheets and profit and loss statements, and other financial reports.
Providing monthly analysis, and accounting support to our growing global business.
Handling payroll processing and labour tax compliances and liaise with External Financial Consultant.
Budgeting:Budgeting and forecasting.
Investment planning for surplus funds.
Track and communicate capital expenditure projects Financial Reconciliation:
Complete balance sheet reconciliations.
Creating and preparing financial analysis.
Internal Control:Management reportingProduct costing analysis with inputs from interfacing departments
Excess and obsolete inventory review
Monitoring and balancing cash flows into and out of a business to meet obligations and optimize investment. Taxation:
Coordinating with external financial, compliance and tax auditors.
Ensuring compliance with local law, tax provisions and relevant industry and financial regulations.
Export Documentation:Supporting export activities
Overseeing preparation of commercial documents in accordance with export
Monitoring recordkeeping requirements to support timely payment of product. Vendor & Contract Management:
Vendor management and negotiating best deals for raw materials in collaboration with Head Commercial.
Setting up bank accounts and managing banking relationships.
Financial Strategy:Developing financial strategy, including risk minimization plans and opportunity forecasting
- Providing financial reporting and analysis to guide decision-making.
Advising stakeholders on operations activities based on knowledge of the underlying business.
Identifying efficiencies and opportunities for cost reductions across the business.
Special projects as assigned by the Management
Stay up to date with latest management best practices and concepts.
Mentoring and managing the accounting and financial staff
Qualification Graduation / Post Graduation in Commerce or FinanceSkill :At least 5 years accounting/financial analysis experience within a manufacturing company.
Must be highly computer literate with data mining and ERP systems, have strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, time management and analytical skills.
The individual will be expected to be familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the accounting and finance field, including cost accounting.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, strong interpersonal skills are a must, as well as willingness to accept and task ownership of new responsibilities in a fast-growing environment.
