The Coating Operator is responsible for operating coating machines and ensuring that coatings are applied accurately and efficiently to materials in the printing and packaging production process. The role requires attention to detail, the ability to troubleshoot equipment, and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards and safety protocols.

Diploma in Equal to Printing and Packaging Technology with min 5 to 8 Years Experience as Coating Operator Profile in Printing and Packaging Industry.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Machine Operation**:

- Inspect and verify the consistency and quality of coatings, including thickness, uniformity, and coverage.
- **Material Handling**:

- Ensure the proper selection and loading of substrates onto coating machines.
- Monitor material supply levels and inform the supervisor when replenishment is needed.
- Conduct routine checks for material defects and report any issues to the quality control team.
- **Quality Control**:

- Inspect the finished product for defects, ensuring that the coating is applied evenly and meets required specifications.
- Perform regular checks for coating adhesion, drying time, and curing to ensure the final product meets industry standards.
- Conduct quality assurance tests and document results.
- **Troubleshooting & Maintenance**:

- Perform routine maintenance on coating machines, including cleaning and changing components like rollers, nozzles, and filters.
- Troubleshoot and resolve minor equipment issues to minimize downtime and maintain production schedules.
- Report major equipment malfunctions to the maintenance team.
- **Safety & Compliance**:

- Adhere to safety procedures and protocols while operating machines and handling materials.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, following company policies regarding safety and cleanliness.
- Comply with environmental and health regulations in handling coatings, chemicals, and other materials.
- **Documentation & Reporting**:

- Complete daily production logs, including quantities produced, downtime, and any issues that occurred during the shift.
- Record and report any product deviations or quality concerns.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with other production team members, supervisors, and quality control teams to ensure smooth operations and high product quality.
- Participate in team meetings to discuss production goals, machine performance, and continuous improvement.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
