**Job Profile**:
1. Inspecting landing pages, product information, checkout options, and all other pertinent website-related systems to ensure their visual appeal, accuracy, and ease of use.

2. Assisting with decisions about promotions such as discounted offers and affordable bulk packages.

3. Ensuring that payment options and promotional tabs are configured correctly.

4. Collaborating with appropriate stakeholders to ensure the rollout of website changes.

5. Inspecting and uploading customers' product reviews.

6. Monitoring website traffic and customer reviews to gauge responses to site updates.

7. Customer Handling with Jewelry Category Via Mails & Calls

8. Customer inquiry satisfaction and give Quotes as per there Inquiry

9. End to end Logistics Tracking and filing Claims if any

10. Getting ready all Labels

**Job Timings**:9.30 to 7.30 PM

**Skill requirements**
