**About the role**:
Reporting to the Associate Design Director, the Delivery-Focused Integrated Designer will work alongside an onsite team of four, and line manage Creative Artworkers, based in our Satellite Studios.

You'll be the kind of person who is great with clients and thinks on their feet. You relish adding value throughout the end-to-end creative process, adding your unique touch at every turn.

Ideally, you'll have experience in large-scale accounts in FMCG industries, such as Beauty or Fashion and experience across multiple channels - because we do the lot, from TV to DOOH to press to 121 to display, social and content.

You'll already be an Integrated Designer looking for bigger challenges on a larger account where you can hone your existing skills and cultivate new ones.

**What you will be doing**:

- Collaborate with the team to produce design/adaptation to the client's brief and exacting standards from the outset until completion, including digital, print, and
- Positively influencing clients with creative input in addition to undertaking and pitching new creative concepts when appropriate.
- Ensure consistency and quality across all design deliverables while adhering to brand guidelines and project specifications in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Have a strong knowledge of the brand guidelines to act as a brand guardian.
- Communicate and present projects effectively to internal stakeholders and clients, incorporating feedback to refine and iterate designs as needed.
- Create inspiring and exciting content - from repurposing, reformatting of assets to ideation.
- Be an entrepreneurial lead on the development of creative and output.
- Keenly evaluate and monitor industry trends and brands, AI, research industry developments in branding, automation and marketing to be at the forefront of creative excellence.
- Proactivity and strong project management skills, teamed with an aptitude for managing multiple varying sized projects seamlessly
- Ability to deliver final artwork and toolkits on digital and print based material.

**What you need to be great in this role**:

- Equivalent of a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field
- 4+ years of professional experience in design, artwork and production
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work across various platforms and mediums
- Ability to engage and build rapport with clients, and organise and influence them
- Ability to take initiative, think creatively, and solve problems independently
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, basic Figma and an understanding of future-facing platforms - with a desire to embrace new software and efficiency-led AI platforms
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with multiple delivery needs - right first time
- Appreciation of contemporary photography, positioning and cropping, with a skill for basic retouching
- Strong typography, layout and technical skills with excellent attention to detail
- An understanding how to work across online banners (static and animated), social media posts (primarily Instagram and Facebook), web design and UI design
- An understanding of responsive design across all digital platforms
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in design, AI, social, technology, and marketing to continually enhance the quality and effectiveness of our work
- Experience working with motion using After Effects and Premiere Storyboarding Animation concepts
- An understanding of automation software and willingness to embrace them
- Working on print-based collateral with great knowledge of branding
- The ability to talk through your ideas confidently with the team and clients
- 4 + years of relevant experience in:
