Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- Understand client briefs and corporate objectives to translate them into creative event concepts and experiences
- Design end-to-end corporate event themes, layouts, and touchpoints aligned with the brand’s identity and business goals
- Create and present event proposals, mood boards, layouts, and design mockups for internal review and client approvals
- Liaise with clients, internal teams, and vendors to ensure seamless event planning and execution
- Coordinate all production aspects including AV setup, lighting, branding, stage design, seating, and signage
- Ensure high-quality onsite execution, handling setup, show-flow, client servicing, and post-event wrap-up
- Manage project timelines, event budgets, and procurement of materials and services
- Source, evaluate, and manage vendors for decor, production, and logistics
- Stay updated with latest trends in corporate event design, tech integration, and audience engagement
- Ensure all events comply with safety regulations, corporate policies, and quality standards

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Design, Hospitality, or related field
- 3-6 years of experience specifically in designing and managing corporate events
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous work in corporate event design and planning
- Proficiency in tools like PowerPoint, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or event design platforms (e.g., SketchUp)
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including weekends and late evenings, as needed

Preferred Skills:

- Experience working with corporate clients, MNCs, or agencies
- Familiarity with brand guidelines, compliance processes, and corporate protocols
- Knowledge of event technology like registration software, engagement tools, and hybrid event platforms
- Creative problem-solving skills and a client-first mindset

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus
