**Job Summary**:
The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the sales team in achieving targets by handling administrative tasks, coordinating with clients, and ensuring smooth communication between departments.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist the sales team in preparing proposals, quotations, and contracts.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, calls, and follow-ups with clients.
- Maintain and update sales records, CRM systems, and reports.
- Process orders and ensure timely delivery in coordination with logistics.
- Communicate with clients to address queries and provide after-sales support.
- Prepare and analyze sales data for management review.
- Support marketing activities such as events, promotions, and campaigns.
- Maintain customer database and ensure accuracy of information.
- Follow up on pending payments and coordinate with the accounts department.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in sales coordination or a similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
- Detail-oriented with good problem-solving skills.
