**Job Summary**:
The Tender Executive is responsible for identifying tender opportunities, preparing bid documents, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring the timely submission of tenders. The role requires a strong understanding of government and private procurement processes, excellent document handling skills, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Tender Identification**: Monitor online portals, newspapers, and other sources for relevant tenders and bidding opportunities.
- **Documentation & Submission**: Prepare and compile all necessary documentation required for tender submission, including technical and financial proposals.
- **Coordination**: Liaise with internal departments (sales, finance, legal, operations) to gather inputs for tender documents.
- **Compliance**: Ensure all submitted tenders comply with the client’s requirements and internal company policies.
- **Bid Tracking**: Maintain a record of submitted tenders, their status, and follow up with procurement bodies when needed.
- **Post-Bid Activities**: Assist in post-tender clarifications, negotiations, and finalization of contracts.
- **Database Management**: Maintain and update a database of tenders, vendors, and key contacts.
- **Reporting**: Prepare regular reports on tender submissions and outcomes for management review.

**Key Skills & Competencies**:

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Knowledge of e-tendering platforms (e.g., GeM, CPPP, eProcurement portals)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Time management and ability to work under pressure
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Understanding of legal and commercial terms

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Engineering, or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar role
- Experience in handling government/private tenders is preferred

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
