**Qualifications**:

- Customer Support and Technical Support skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with customers and team members.
- Proven ability to ensure customer satisfaction through exceptional support services.
- Analytical skills to identify and resolve technical issues.
- A Bachelor’s degree, technical certification, or equivalent work experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

**Supplemental Pay Types**:

**Education and Experience**:

- Higher Secondary (12th Pass) preferred.
- 1 year of total work experience, with at least 1 year in customer service preferred.

**Language**:

- Proficiency in English preferred.

**Location Requirements**:

- Ability to commute to Banjara Hills rd No 10, Hyderabad, Telangana (required).
- Ability to relocate to Banjara Hills rd No 10, Hyderabad, Telangana, before starting work (required).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
