- **Promote dental laboratory services**: Clearly communicate the benefits of choosing your laboratory, highlighting strengths like turnaround time, quality, and competitive pricing.
- **Collaborate on case acquisition**: Work with the laboratory team to ensure accurate case intake and smooth communication with dental offices.
- **Maintain and update CRM system**: Keep records of interactions with dental offices, track leads, and analyze data to monitor performance and identify improvement opportunities.
- **Stay informed about industry trends**: Attend events and workshops to learn about new technologies and best practices in the dental field.
