We are looking for an experienced Operations & Administration Executive to oversee daily operations, office administration, HR coordination, and people management. This role requires a proactive individual who can manage workflows, ensure discipline, support staff needs, and maintain a positive workplace environment.

**Key Responsibilities:Operations & Task Coordination**
- Manage daily operations activities, follow-ups, and coordination across teams.
- Handle RFQs, leads, sales updates, purchase and delivery follow-ups.
- Track task completion and ensure teams meet deadlines with mínimal delays.
- Maintain dashboards, logs, and weekly reports for senior management.

**Office & Administration Management**
- Oversee day-to-day office functioning, vendor management, and inventory.
- Maintain company documentation, filing, and administrative records.
- Coordinate maintenance, IT support, and office upkeep.

**HR Support & Workforce Management**
- Support recruitment: shortlisting, scheduling interviews, onboarding.
- Maintain attendance, leave records, and support payroll inputs.
- Ensure employees work as per assigned tasks and timelines.
- Address staff concerns professionally while maintaining confidentiality.
- Ensure workplace discipline, ethics, punctuality, and policy compliance.
- Plan and support office celebrations, birthdays, and team engagement.
- Promote a balanced, supportive, and stress-free work environment.

**Communication & Internal Coordination**
- Act as a central point of communication between Sales, Accounts, Operations, HR, and Warehouse teams.
- Follow up on pending tasks, escalate delays, and support smooth workflow.
- Document MOM (Minutes of Meeting) and weekly updates.

**Required Experience & Skills**:

- 2-4 years of experience in Operations, HR, Office Administration, or People Management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, Commerce, or related field.
- Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- High proficiency in MS Office, reporting, and documentation.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle multiple responsibilities.

**Experience**:

- Project coordination: 2 years (required)
- Administrative: 2 years (preferred)
