**Growth Marketer**
- High Impact marketing leader Role to plan and execute GTM for our product offerings, branding, product marketing strategies, ensure Lead Generation and improvement in Pipeline Conversions to ensure organizations’ revenue goals are met._

**Role and Responsibilities.**

**Key Performance Measures.**
- Grow the revenue - Incremental Business target to be defined for FY.
- Branding Presence across digital influencing sites
- Lead Generation and Conversions across the funnel**Customer Acquisition**
- Plan and execute the customer acquisition strategies across markets
- Coordinate and work with the channel partners for successful customer acquisitions

**Branding and Marketing Campaigns**
- Manage all social media platforms (including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube) and drive content creation.
- Management of SEO and other channels to drive brand awareness and lead generation
- Conceive and execute on a wide range of content campaigns to drive education and engagement.

**Marketing Efficiency and Effectiveness**
- Drive Marketing Budgeting and Planning

**Requirements**:
**Desired Qualification**

Tier I/II MBA with minimum 5 years of Growth Marketing experience.

**Must Have Skills**

**Technical**: Hands-on experience with Marketing Tools (Digital, Social Media, Content Management etc), Google Analytics, Content Management and Development, Management of Digital Assets

**Managerial**: Project Management, Stakeholder Management, Product Marketing, Team Management, Problem Solving skills.
