Roles and Responsibilities:

- Develop and oversee value-added programs that support student success including tutoring, mentoring, communications/writing support, and onboarding services.
- Develop and oversee the new student onboarding process, orientation, and integration into the applicable programmatic cohort.
- Prepare appropriate reports, monitor and report on student retention data, prepare trend analysis and project student retention to be used in strategic decision making/planning and assure the maintenance of accurate student records and files.
- Collaborate with faculty and academic administration to assess programmatic, course and student outcomes and develop and implement improvement plans.
- Supervise and evaluate the performance of assigned personnel, provide technical direction and guidance.
- Assisting with the creation and implementation of the policies and procedures to ensure compliance.
- Recording attendance at the sessions and updating records when needed.
- Ensure to track and initiating reminder calls for their regular task and assignment submissions.
- Responsible to help the learners with the batch and course swap process.
- Readiness to work on rotational shifts and adapt to flexible working hours.

Note: Selected interns will be converted to full time based on the performance during the internship period.

**Skills**:

- Proficiency with engineering programs such as CAD/CAM/CAE.
- Proficiency in the following tools such as Auto CAD/Inventor/Solidworks/CATIA/3ds Max/Maya/MEP/Revit/fusion 360/Navisworks/Auto CAD mechanical / Civil.
- Design skills to be able to visualize projects in 2D and 3D
- Skill in developing and presenting written and oral technical and non-technical information for instructional purposes.
- Good communication skills in English

**Job Types**: Full-time, Internship
Contract length: 3 months

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
