**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct engaging and interactive chess classes for students of varying skill levels.
- Develop structured chess courses, lesson plans, and learning materials.
- Assess students' progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Organize and supervise practice games, tournaments, and other chess-related activities.
- Foster a positive and motivating learning environment.
- Collaborate with the team to enhance the chess curriculum and teaching methodologies.

**Requirements**:

- Strong knowledge of chess rules, strategies, and tactics.
- Passion for teaching and working with students.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience and the ability to explain concepts clearly.
- Certification or formal training in chess (preferred but not mandatory).
- Prior teaching/coaching experience is a plus, but freshers are welcome.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Rotational shift
- Weekend availability
