**OPENINGS FOR ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE**

**JOB DESCRIPTION**

The Accounts Executive is responsible for managing financial records, handling taxation, and ensuring compliance with GST regulations using Tally software. This role requires expertise in accounting principles, GST filing, TDS, and financial reporting.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Accounting & Bookkeeping**:

- Maintain day-to-day accounting records in Tally.
- Process invoices, receipts, payments, and journal entries.
- Reconcile bank statements and other financial records.

**2. GST & Tax Compliance**:

- Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9).
- Ensure GST compliance and handle input tax credit (ITC) reconciliation.
- Assist in TDS deduction, return filing, and compliance.

**3. Financial Reporting**:

- Prepare profit & loss statements, balance sheets, and other financial reports.
- Assist in internal audits and statutory audits.
- Generate MIS reports for management analysis.
- Maintain vendor accounts and process payments.

**4. Banking & Reconciliation**:

- Handle bank transactions, deposits, and withdrawals.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations.

**6. Other Responsibilities**:

- Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Coordinate with tax consultants and auditors.
- Ensure compliance with financial laws and company policies.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proficiency in **Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime**
- Knowledge of **GST, TDS, and Indian Taxation Laws**.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles.
- Good communication and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel for financial analysis.

**Preferred Experience**:

- 2-5 years of experience in accounting and taxation.
- Experience in handling GST return filing and reconciliations.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
