**Job Summary**:
**The Accounts Executive will oversee financial transactions, manage accounts, and ensure compliance with accounting standards in a manufacturing environment. This role requires strong accounting knowledge, analytical skills, and attention to detail.**

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Financial Accounting**:
**1. Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.**

**2. Prepare and post journal entries, invoices, and payments.**

**3. Reconcile accounts, including bank and ledger accounts.**

**4. Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.**

**Manufacturing Accounting**:
**1. Track inventory costs, including raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods.**

**2. Calculate and record overhead costs.**

**3. Analyze and report on production costs.**

**4. Assist in budgeting and forecasting.**

**Compliance and Reporting**:
**1. Ensure compliance with accounting standards (e.g., GAAP, IFRS).**

**2. Prepare financial statements (e.g., balance sheet, income statement).**

**3. File tax returns and other regulatory reports.**

**4. Provide management with financial insights and recommendations.**

**Internal Controls**:
**1. Implement and maintain internal control procedures.**

**2. Conduct audits and reviews to ensure financial accuracy.**

**3. Identify and mitigate financial risks.**

**Collaboration**:
**1. Work closely with production, procurement, and sales teams.**

**2. Provide financial guidance and support to departments.**

**3. Participate in financial planning and strategy meetings.**

**Experience**:

- 1-5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in manufacturing.**

**Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and standards.**
**- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks).**
**- Analytical and problem-solving skills.**
**- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.**
**- Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks.**
