**Job Title**: Accounts cum Billing Executive
**Location**: Coimbatore (Near Hopes/Singanallur)

**Job Type**: Full-Time

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and generate customer invoices accurately and on time.
- Handle day-to-day accounting transactions (sales, purchases, expenses, etc.).
- Maintain records of accounts receivable and payable.
- Reconcile bank statements and ledgers.
- Assist in GST filing, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
- Coordinate with internal teams and clients for billing-related queries.
- Maintain and update financial databases and spreadsheets.
- Support month-end and year-end close processes.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in accounts and billing roles.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (Tally, Zoho Books, or similar).
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, and other statutory regulations.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in a manufacturing, sales and marketing or automation company.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Salary**: As per industry standards
**Joining**: Immediate or within short notice preferred
