**Job Summary**:SKMARS (I) Distributions Private Limited** is seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our finance team in Coimbatore. The Accounts Executive will be responsible for managing various accounting functions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations. This role requires a strong understanding of accounting principles, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, including invoice processing, payment follow-up, and reconciliation.
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including general ledger entries and reconciliations.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Support the budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, including GST, TDS, and other applicable taxes.
- Assist with internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and support.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date financial documentation.
- Identify and resolve accounting discrepancies and issues.
- Communicate effectively with vendors, customers, and internal stakeholders regarding financial matters.
- Assist in the implementation and maintenance of accounting policies and procedures.
- Stay updated on changes in accounting regulations and best practices.
- Perform other accounting-related duties as assigned.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CA Inter) is a plus.
- Proven experience 1 years as an Accounts Executive or in a similar accounting role.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles
- Proficiency in accounting software in Zoho Books.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Proficiency in Tamil is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong ethical standards and integrity.
- Familiarity with relevant tax regulations (GST)
