**About the role**:
The Campaign Operations Contractor is responsible for the execution, monitoring, and optimization of marketing campaigns. This role collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure that campaigns are delivered on time and perform effectively, leveraging data-driven insights to continually refine processes.

**Your contribution will be**:

- **Process Improvement** - Analyze and refine campaign workflows to enhance efficiency. Maximize campaign outcomes through orchestration, process oversight, automation, auditing, and change management.
- **Data Analysis & Reporting** - Develop reports and dashboards to monitor campaign performance and inform strategy.

**To be successful**,** we think you need**:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. Prior experience in GTM operations is required.
