The Role:

- As a consultant, you will work with project teams in the campaigns, collaborating with the Organization team and client team members to develop political and campaign strategy. You will plan and manage end-to-end execution of campaign strategies, coordinate with campaign teams, and manage stakeholder engagements.

- Throughout campaigns, teams interact closely with political leaders and organizers at various levels.

- This position requires excellent problem-solving skills, team leadership, client leadership, thought leadership, and communication skills, as well as the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute ideas and strategies towards campaign initiative roll-out
  • Project-manage campaign initiatives from start to finish
  • Undertake research and present findings to formulate on-ground initiatives
  • Develop high-quality problem-solving skills and propose practical solutions for issues
  • Have a strong bias for action and ability to handle ambiguity

Requirements:

- Minimum degree from a Tier 1 academic institution

- Political consulting or similar experience is an added advantage

- Willingness to work, stay, and travel in West Bengal

- Language proficiency in Telugu is mandatory

- Strong context and understanding of West Bengal's culture, geography, and political landscape will be a plus
