ABOUT UNIOPS:
Unilever Operations (UniOps) is the global technology and operations engine of Unilever offering business services, technology, and enterprise solutions. UniOps serves over 190 locations and through a network of specialized service lines and partners delivers insights and innovations, user experiences and end-to-end seamless delivery making Unilever Purpose Led and Future Fit.

We are looking for a finance professional who can independently work with the mínimal support to manage the day today PEC operations for the Fixed assets and sundry external process areas.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage the day to day PEC operations on the fixed assets and sundry invoicing - external process- Maintain the GPMs for all the sub processes and monitor the GPM exceptions and closely follow up with the countries to the closure. Updating the GPM versions periodically or event based to keep it up to date by tracking the changes via ACE and regular updates from various sources.- Improve the compliance percentage by addressing the local and global non compliances to the GPM- Maintain the Global Exception Log for fixed asset and sundry external processes- GRC compliance for the automated controls and ensure there are no breakages.- Validate and approve the CRs raised by the countries for the local and global changes which are impacting the automated controls- Identify and lead the process simplifications and improvements, validate and implement the same to improve the end user experience- Manage and maintain the Xpandion workflow tool, user access, country queries and audit support and TOA support- Working with Xpandion IT team to resolve the issues and communicate issues on time to country to maintain the BAU- Working with the UNA tool for the sundry external support, queries, user access and audit support- Maintain the existing excel templates for both Fixed Assets and Sundry external which are currently in use and work on its improvements- Prepare BRDs and user stories to cater the requirements to the IT team on CRs and SRs- Understand the requirements from country and translate it technically to the IT teams for the IT developments- Resolve the process and control related queries from various stakeholders like countries, GCAD, audit, OCs, CSC, IT and 3PSP teams- Connect with the extended teams to understand potential improvement opportunities and support their initiatives by validating and guiding them from the process and control and its implementation- Provide inputs for the control and process improvements- Participate and support or design and lead the global and local projects including transformations from internal and external related to the fixed assets and sundry external processes- Inform and escalate the issue rightly to the relevant teams to ensure that there are no impact on the BAU operations

Pre-requisites- Self driven with mínimal support and guidance- Strong understanding of Record to Report process and fixed assets process- SAP knowledge- Open attitude to learn new things and be able communicate clearly- Open to support the global operations in different time zones as needed- Very good interpersonal skills to manage various stakeholders and work collaboratively with other team members- Understanding of Power BI and working knowledge is an added advantage.
