We are having a Huge Walk-in for R2R role at a Leading MNC in Bangalore

Job Role : R2R
- Job Designation : Process Associate

**Requirements**:

- 1) Overall work experience of 1 to 4 years with relevant work experience or strong accounting domain knowledge
- 2) Posting of Bank statements on a daily basis
- 3) Prepare & Posting of Journal Entries that include Accrual, Reclass, Adjustments, Payroll and clearing entries as per the timelines
- 4) Performing Month End Close activities as per close calendar agreed with the Customer
- 5) Prepare & Review of Bank and Balance sheet Accounts Reconciliations and resolution of Reconciling Items
- 6) Manage quarterly intercompany process and ensure the variations if any are within the threshold limits.
- 7) Process Addition / Disposal / Retirement requests received for fixed assets.

**SKILL NEEDED**
- 1) Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- 2) MS Office & Excel Skills
- 3) Strong Accounting knowledge
- 4) Strong analytical skills
- 5) Good domain expertise
- 6) Result orientation
