**Role Description**

This is full time on-site Project Manager position based at Mumbai.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Implement and monitor **Fire Safety & HSE policies** at construction and fit-out sites.
- Conduct **daily safety inspections**, identify hazards, and enforce corrective actions.
- Ensure proper installation & maintenance of **fire extinguishers, alarms, hydrants**, and emergency exits.
- Conduct **Toolbox Talks (TBT)** and safety induction for new workers and subcontractors.
- Investigate any incidents / near-misses and prepare safety reports.
- Ensure use of **PPE** and compliance with safety guidelines by all site personnel.
- Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and contractors for site safety regulation.
- Maintain records of **safety drills, audits, permits, and compliance documentation.**:

- Liaise with local fire authorities during inspections, audits, or emergencies.
- Diploma / Degree in Fire & Industrial Safety / NEBOSH / IOSH.
- Minimum **3+ years** of experience in **construction/interior fit-out projects**.
- Strong knowledge of **NBC, ISO Safety Standards, OSHA, and Fire Codes**.
- Ability to train workers and conduct safety drills.
- Excellent communication & incident handling skills.
