**Description**

**Responsibilities**
- Design and implement fire safety systems and protocols.
- Conduct fire risk assessments and develop mitigation plans.
- Collaborate with architects and construction teams to integrate fire safety measures into building designs.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal fire safety regulations.
- Conduct fire safety audits and inspections.
- Develop and deliver fire safety training programs for staff.
- Stay updated on the latest fire safety technologies and regulations.
- Prepare detailed fire safety reports and documentation.
- Investigate fire incidents and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Review and approve fire safety plans and designs.
- Monitor and maintain fire safety equipment and systems.
- Develop evacuation plans and conduct fire drills.
- Provide expert advice on fire safety matters to management and stakeholders.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of flammable materials.
- Participate in fire safety research and development projects.
- Manage fire safety budgets and resources.
- Respond to fire safety emergencies and incidents.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of fire safety measures and make necessary adjustments.
- Promote a culture of fire safety awareness within the organization.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Fire Protection Engineering, Fire Science, or a related field.
- Professional certification in fire safety (e.g., CFPS, PE).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in fire safety engineering.
- In-depth knowledge of fire safety regulations and codes.
- Experience with fire risk assessment and mitigation.
- Proficiency in fire safety design software and tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Experience in conducting fire safety audits and inspections.
- Ability to develop and deliver fire safety training programs.
- Knowledge of the latest fire safety technologies and trends.
- Experience in preparing fire safety reports and documentation.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
- Strong leadership and project management skills.
- Ability to respond to fire safety emergencies and incidents.
- Commitment to continuous professional development.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel as needed.
- Physical ability to conduct on-site inspections and audits.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
