Front Desk Executive
Managing the entire front desk/lobby are for its décor, equipment, maintenance and upkeep.
Managing the **EPABX system**, smartly managing incoming calls, call transfers, conference cal.
Maintains security by following procedures, monitoring logbook, and issuing visitor badges.
Keeps a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
Managing guests by making them feel welcome, and arranging refreshments.
Managing the housekeeping team, allocating tasks, tracking the allocated tasks.
Managing all incoming and outgoing courier, parcels, material movements at the front desk
Maintain various registers like attendance, housekeeping checklists, inward/outward registers, etc.
Managing various subscriptions, AMCs and registrations and follow-up for renewals, payments etc.
Coordinating with service team for appointment with customers/visitor
Managing various employee engagement/welfare events and activities like Birthdays, festivals, decorations, rewards and recognition, recreational activities etc.
Maintain attendance and outdoor records of dock team, Peons and sales team.
Maintains security by following procedures, monitoring logbook, and issuing visitor badges.
Keeps a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
Provide information about company’s Product & services to enquires by calling, mails & messages.
Diary management and arranging appointments, booking meeting rooms and conference facilities.
General office management such as ordering stationary.
Maintaining the company social media accounts for Promotional activities.
Arrangement for festival decoration in office.
Administrative Functions:
Manage all administrative tasks like housekeeping, handling the facility team, work allocation, facility vendors.
Manage, upkeep and repair of facility related items like furniture, fire-extinguishers, PRI lines, EPABX and telephones and other equipment.
Vendor search, procurement, negotiations, follow ups for various materials and services, their quality, quantity and timely dispatch, SLAs, AMCs, couriers, etc.
Manage all admin. related documents, reports & schedules and update them timely as and when required.
Cafeteria management including beverages, coupon disbursements, bills, food quality, quantity and hygiene.
Manage the Travel desk which includes both international and domestic travel and accommodation.
Manage procurement, stock, disbursement of stationery and consumables with appropriate records and reports.
Tracking and managing multiple subscriptions, registrations and AMCs.
First point of contact for Visitors & Guest arrangements for food, refreshments, accommodations, and travels.
Arrange for various meetings and appointments both within and outside the company premise.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
