**Inventory Management**:
1. Maintain accurate inventory records of raw materials, finished products, and accessories.
2. Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile with system inventory.
3. Ensure proper tagging, labeling, and placement of all items.
4. Monitor stock levels and coordinate reordering of supplies and products.
5. Report any discrepancies or damaged goods to the Inventory Supervisor.
**Reiving and Dispatching Goods**
1. Receive deliveries of raw materials, fabrics, garments, and accessories from suppliers.
2. Inspect and verify the quantity and quality of received items.
3. Organize and store items in the designated warehouse/storage areas.
4. Prepare and dispatch finished products for delivery as per order specifications.
**Stock Control and Documentation**
1. Update inventory management systems with stock movements, including stock receipts, transfers, and dispatches.
2. Ensure all documents such as GRNs (Goods Received Notes), delivery notes, and invoices are properly filed and recorded.
3. Assist in maintaining an efficient inventory management system, ensuring compliance with company policies.
**Warehouse Organization and Cleanliness**
1. Maintain cleanliness and organization within the storage and warehouse areas.
2. Implement best practices in the layout and stocking of materials and products to optimize space utilization.
3. Ensure safe handling of delicate fabrics, accessories, and fashion items.
**Coordination with Other Departments**
1. Collaborate with the Production, Merchandising, and Sales teams to ensure availability of materials and finished products as required.
2. Liaise with the procurement team to monitor order statuses and delivery schedules.
3. Provide the Design team with timely access to materials and fabric samples.
**Quality Assurance**
1. Ensure that all goods stored meet quality standards.
2. Handle any returns or defective goods as per company policy.
3. Ensure proper care and storage of high-value or delicate items.
**Record Keeping**
1. Maintain detailed records of inventory transactions and stock movement.
2. Ensure inventory systems are updated in real-time with accurate stock data.
3. Generate periodic reports on stock levels, slow-moving items, and other inventory metrics.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
