And we give back - from planting 90,000 trees in our first 3 months as part of our One Tree Planted initiative to the Corporate Social Responsibility and Environment, Social and Governance practices embedded within everything we do, we are committed to powering human progress in an ethical, sustainable way. **Your Role and Responsibilities** - Familiarity with a scripting language such as Perl and Unix/Linux/Shell. - Familiarity with DB2 Pure scale cluster infrastructure; storage management on IBM cloud is a plus. - Familiarity with Linux server configuration and management activities. - Manage DB objects changes and data migration. - Create/manage automation scripts in Linux server. **Required Technical and Professional Expertise** - DB2 LUW physical and logical database knowledge with strong communication knowledge to understand and execute client requirements. - At least 5 years’ experience in DB2 Linux /Windows relational database work. - Strong knowledge base of relational database performance and tuning" Analyse performance issues and improve the performance (DB configure, DBM configure, procedure improvement, SQL improvement etc. **Preferred Technical and Professional Experience** - Administration of DB2 database mostly physical DBA logical DBA skills would be added advantage. **Required Education** Bachelor's Degree Diversity is a whole lot more than what we look like or where we come from, it’s how we think and who we are.
