**Job Title: Lead Generation Executive**
**Salary**: INR 15,000 to INR 30,000 per month + Incentives
**Salary Cycle**: Monthly
**Salary Date**: 10th of every month

**Working Hours**:

- **Shift**: 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM IST (8 hours + 1 hour break)
- **Days**: Monday to Friday
- **Weekly Off**: Saturday and Sunday

**Key Responsibilities & Duties**:

- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients in the USA.
- Provide detailed information about products and services to potential customers.
- Generate high-quality leads through effective communication and follow-up strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer interactions.

**Academic Qualifications**:

- Minimum qualification: HSC (Higher Secondary Certificate) or equivalent.

**Work Experience and Skills**:

- Freshers with fluent English communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude towards learning.

Additional Information:

- **Age Criteria**: 18 to 45 years
- **Interview Mode**: Face-to-face only
- **Interview Timings**: 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM IST
- **Interview Rounds**: HR and Operations
- **Joining**: Immediate
