**About the Role**:
Genesis Realcap and its associated group of companies are seeking a **dynamic, resourceful, and sharp Fundraising Executive** to drive early-stage capital raising from **angel investors, micro-VCs, and grant bodies**. This is a high-impact role where you will work **directly with the founder** across **multiple industries**:

- Capital & Real Estate
- Retail (Food & FMCG)
- Meat & Fish Export
- Travel & Adventure
- Startup Advisory (Genesis Growth)

This role requires someone who has deep understanding of **early-stage fundraising**, investor engagement, and startup financials with **an eye for storytelling and presentation**.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Investor Discovery & Outreach**
- Identify and qualify relevant angel investors, syndicates, and micro-VCs aligned with our industry sectors.
- Craft tailored outreach strategies and investor pitches per business vertical.

**Investment Collateral Preparation**
- Collaborate with the founder and design team to build and maintain:

- Pitch decks (general & investor-specific)
- One-pagers, teasers, and deal briefs
- Investment memos and summary notes

**Investor Relationship Management**
- Manage and maintain investor CRM - update progress, follow-ups, and responses.
- Track interactions and outcomes with each investor across different fundraising rounds.

**Due Diligence & Compliance**
- Support the preparation of financial models, cap tables, and DD-ready documentation.
- Liaise with legal/accounting teams during data room sharing, due diligence, and term sheet stages.

**Market Research & Benchmarking**
- Conduct comparative fundraising studies across sectors (valuation, deal flow, investor profiles).
- Maintain funding landscape reports for internal planning and outreach strategy.

**Preferred Background**:

- 2-4 years of fundraising or investor relations experience in a startup, accelerator, or VC ecosystem.
- Prior exposure to at least one of the relevant industries (Capital/Real Estate, Retail, F&B, Travel, Export).
- Familiarity with platforms like LetsVenture, AngelList, Venture Intelligence, Tracxn, or Pitchbook.
- Proficient in tools like Notion, Canva, Excel/Google Sheets, HubSpot or similar CRMs.

**Pitch & Proposal Development Expertise**
- Proficient in preparing and customizing investor-facing documents including pitch decks, financial projections, business proposals, and project overviews.
- Skilled in aligning content to suit various funding stages—government grants, angel investments, and seed rounds—across industries such as capital markets, real estate, F&B, retail, exports, and travel.
- Capable of redesigning materials based on investor feedback or changing business needs.

**Key Skills**:

- Strong communication (written + verbal) and presentation skills
- Excellent understanding of fundraising mechanics (SAFE, Convertible Notes, Seed Equity, Grants)
- Financial modeling exposure (preferred, not mandatory)
- Self-starter with a solution-oriented approach
- Strong multitasking, coordination, and team collaboration skills

**Growth Opportunity**:
This is a high-visibility, fast-growth role with the potential to evolve into **Fundraising Manager** or **Head of Capital Strategy** as Genesis group scales across 7+ verticals. You will play a **foundational role in funding the startup ecosystem** under the Genesis banner.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
