As a Design & Content Executive, you’ll play a key role in supporting Udhyam’s Fundraising Marketing & Communications efforts, helping craft compelling narratives that engage donors and partners.
**Job Location**: Bengaluru
What You’ll Do
Support the Fundraising Marcom Specialist in developing creative assets for donor engagement, fundraising campaigns, and impact storytelling.
Design and edit visually appealing presentations, reports, and social media content that communicate Udhyam’s work effectively.
Assist in video editing and content creation to showcase powerful impact stories.
Contribute to social media and digital campaigns, helping shape the messaging for fundraising initiatives.
Research and analyze marketing trends and donor communication strategies to enhance Udhyam’s outreach.
Assist with event planning and execution, supporting fundraising and donor engagement activities.
Collaborate with multiple teams to ensure content aligns with Udhyam’s brand and fundraising goals.
What We’re Looking For
A recent graduate in marketing, communications, design, or a related field—or anyone passionate about storytelling, fundraising, and digital content.
Strong graphic design and video editing skills—whether you’ve mastered Canva, Adobe, or other tools, we’d love to see your work.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to craft engaging and impactful content.
A social media enthusiast who understands how to engage and grow audiences.
Previous internship experience in marketing, content creation, or fundraising communications (preferred but not mandatory).
Interest in the development sector and nonprofit fundraising.
Ability to multitask, work collaboratively, and manage multiple deadlines.
