This position is responsible for the efficient and effective management of all store and dispatch operations within the bottle manufacturing plant. You will be responsible for overseeing inventory control, procurement, order fulfillment, and dispatch of raw materials, finished goods, and other supplies. You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
**Store Management**:

- Manage inventory levels of raw materials, finished goods, and other supplies.
- Implement and maintain effective inventory control systems.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and cycle counts.
- Manage and oversee warehouse operations, including storage, picking, and packing.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of all materials according to safety guidelines.

**Dispatch**:

- Process and fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare shipping documents and coordinate with transportation providers.
- Track shipments and ensure timely delivery.
- Manage and maintain dispatch records.
- Ensure compliance with all shipping regulations.

**Other Duties**:

- Prepare reports on inventory levels, order fulfillment, and dispatch activities.
- Identify and implement ways to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma in Supply Chain management, Logistics, or related field.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in a store or dispatch role, preferably in the Bottel manufacturing industry.
- Strong understanding of inventory management principles and practices.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in MS Office, including Excel and Word, Knowledge of Tally and SAP
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong work ethic and a commitment to safety.

**Salary**: ₹22,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

**Experience**:

- Dispatching: 2 years (preferred)
- Store management: 2 years (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- Bahadurgarh, Haryana (required)

Ability to Relocate:

- Bahadurgarh, Haryana: Relocate before starting work (required)
