  • Manage and oversee dispatch operations to ensure timely deliveries
  • Coordinate with drivers and other departments to plan efficient routes
  • Monitor and optimize logistics processes and workflows
  • Knowledge of E-way Bill, EBill & Invoice.
  • Ensure compliance with transportation regulations and company policies
  • Handle any issues or emergencies that arise during dispatch operations
  • Maintain and update records related to dispatch and delivery activities
  • Analyze data to assess performance and suggest improvements
  • Prepare reports on logistics performance and costs for management review
  • Implement safety measures and protocols for transport operations
  • Liaising with suppliers and customers
  • Train and supervise dispatch staff to enhance team performance
  • Good knowledge of computer and MS Office
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30, ₹50,000.00 per month
