**Location**:Bahadurgarh, Haryana**
**Salary Range**:₹20,000 - ₹30,000 per month**

**About the Role**:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Dispatch and Painting Incharge to manage and optimize our dispatch operations and ensure the highest quality in our painting processes. This role is critical in ensuring that our products are delivered on time and meet our clients' quality standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Dispatch Management**:

- Plan, schedule, and execute material dispatches to meet delivery deadlines.
- Prepare and maintain detailed records of dispatch activities, including inventory tracking and shipment documentation.
- Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure efficient transportation.
- Monitor delivery schedules and address any delays or discrepancies promptly.
- **Painting Supervision**:

- Oversee all painting activities, ensuring compliance with quality standards and customer requirements.
- Implement proper painting techniques and monitor the use of materials to minimize waste.
- Conduct inspections during and after the painting process to maintain high-quality finishes.
- Ensure that all painting equipment is maintained and calibrated as per requirements.
- **Team Coordination**:

- Work closely with the production team to align dispatch and painting schedules with project timelines.
- Supervise and guide the dispatch and painting team to improve efficiency and maintain productivity.
- **Safety and Compliance**:

- Ensure adherence to safety protocols during dispatch and painting activities.
- Stay updated on industry standards and implement best practices for dispatch and painting operations.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in dispatch and painting operations, preferably in the PEB or steel fabrication industry.
- Strong understanding of dispatch procedures, painting techniques, and quality standards.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Good communication and leadership abilities.
- Proficiency in maintaining records and using basic software tools.
