- Role- Proactively monitors, maintains and troubleshoots the ThreatCo and XSOAR platform.
- Deploy code in Dev/Test/Pre-Prod/Prod environments using defined CI/CD pipelines.
- Manage Change on the platform as per BT change management process.
- Continuously develop and enhance proactive monitoring of the platform to deliver 100% uptime.
- Work with 3rd party vendor like PANW (Palo Alto Networks) to track and work on support cases.
- Setup war room to tackle SHOWSTOPPER or business critical problems.
- Open to work within 24x7 support environment (including on-call support)
- Work with BT Design and Engineering teams to continuously develop and enhance the platform to deliver SOAR (Security Orchestration, Automation and Response) for BT’s customers.
- Escalate issues effectively with vendors and partners.
- Keep BT Senior Manager informed during Major Incidents. Lead remediation of Major Incidents impacting ThreatCo XSOAR platform.
- Take part in Post Incident Reviews and follow through on implementation of any actions required to ensure lessons are learnt and acted upon.
- Vulnerability management for the ThreatCo XSOAR platform - upgrading and patching all systems and components regularly, maintaining the best possible security posture for the platform.
- Conscious of platform costs, seeking to limit Cloud Compute costs through implementation of best practice design, implementation and operation.
