Demonstrated ability to manage complex and ambiguous problems independently.

Job summary

Amazon is looking for a Program Manager with a strong delivery record and proven project management experience to own and execute Ship in own container program (SIOC). This role requires performing dive deeps to ambiguous problems, identifying and scoping large projects, managing project timelines, and communicating to senior management on status, risks, and process/product changes. Cross-team coordination, project management and executive presentation skills are essential. This role is located in Bangalore.

Responsibilities include:

- Performing dive deeps into the multiple elements that govern the decision making behind the eligibility of SIOC shipments, across all fulfilment channels, and identifying opportunities for action.
- This position is responsible for packaging testing in accordance with ISTA-6 Guidelines, recording test data using the CPEX FC Testing UI while ensuring data accuracy, and auditing quality of test submissions. This role will provide guidance to testers reporting through fulfillment centers and will coordinate with FC leadership and CPEX to communicate updates and maximize testing quality and volume.
- Working very closely with the other geos of Amazon operations, understanding their strategies and working out a long term roadmap for India.
- Working very closely with program & product teams to see through the product interventions needed for the program to scale and have a substantial impact on reduction of damages.
- Working closely with operations, category and CS stakeholders to manage short term commitments to overall goals, and making sure they stay on track.

- Managing cross-functional project teams, planning and organizing, and executing complex projects across multiple organizations and stakeholders to enable the launch of new projects, and processes.
- Innovating to improve customer experience, and relentlessly working towards contributing to the sustainability goals of Amazon.
- Acting as single point of contact for from operations team for any discussions pertaining to program.
- High ability to influence stakeholders without authority, and march them along towards a common agenda.
- High attention to detail including proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.
- Ability to think strategically and execute methodically. This role required high innovative ideas and relentless questioning status quo

Key job responsibilities
- Completed Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA), Operations Research or similar field from an accredited university. - 1-2 years of experience with product teams, on launching or scaling of products. - Intermediate to advanced knowledge of SQL is a plus.
