Function Description: The Global Treasury Controllership (GTC) is part the Global Controllership Organization and is responsible for providing comprehensive global debt, derivative and investment transaction middle office services supporting Treasury & Controllership.

Purpose of the Role: The Trade Support team is a key component of GTC and will be responsible for supporting critical business initiatives like M&A, LE Restructuring, I/C loans changes, dividend payout etc. and partner closely with teams like Treasury operations, Regulatory Reporting teams, Oracle team, LEM, AET, TMS Support.

Responsibilities:

• Perform daily GL interface from Quantum to Oracle and related activities

• Perform daily GL vs SL reconciliations for I/C loan and FX related transactions

• Support Fast forward related query resolution and issue management

• Manage the lifecycle of I/C loan transactions (loan configurations, interest accruals, settlements and accounting)

• Perform analytics for I/C loan and GL related transactions

• Support end to end query management and resolution related to quantum accounting

• Support critical month end related activities with respect to Quantum and I/C loan related activities

• Lead and participate in projects related to Treasury/Business partner driven initiatives

• Lead and Identify simplification and automation opportunities and work towards implementing them.

• Build good knowledge of Treasury Management System (TMS), analytics and loan management

Experience:

• 3+ years in Finance.

• Any treasury experience would be an advantage Compliance Language Academic Background.

• Qualified accountant or other equivalent finance certification (CA, M.com, ACA, ACCA,CPA, etc.); Degree in Finance/Accounting an advantage.

Functional Skills/Capabilities:

• Ability to manage multiple priorities with excellent attention to detail.

• Experienced in developing good relationships with team, leaders, and business partners across geographies

• Able to challenge status quo & effectively communicate to leadership, auditors and regulators.

• Techno financial / analytical skills and ability to connect business drivers.

• Exposure to tools such as Tableau / Power BI an advantage.

• Strong relationship building skills and ability to influence without direct control.

Shift Timings: 08:00am-05:00pm/11:30 am-7:30 pm/ 1:30 pm-9:30 pm/ 3:30 pm-11:30 pm

Technical Skills/Capabilities:

• Strong accounting skills, analysis and reporting Knowledge of Platforms.

• Extensive knowledge of Microsoft office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).

• Sound knowledge of Oracle Accounting and reporting tools.
