Role Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled and proactive Financial Analyst who will be responsible for analyzing financial performance, preparing forecasts, and supporting strategic decisions through data-driven insights. The role requires strong financial modeling, reporting, and business partnering skills.

Key Responsibilities including but not limited to:

  • Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and scenario analyses for budgeting and planning.
  • Conduct detailed variance and profitability analyses to identify improvement areas.
  • Prepare management reports, MIS, and dashboards summarizing key performance metrics.
  • Support investment appraisals, business case evaluations, and due diligence processes.
  • Analyze business unit performance and recommend corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial targets align with operational goals.

Desired Skills:

  • Strong grasp of financial statements, ratio analysis, and business valuation techniques.
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; knowledge of Power BI, SAP, or ERP systems preferred.
  • Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate financial insights clearly to non-finance stakeholders.
  • High accuracy in data handling and reporting.
